Sip on this: A boozy late-night talk show hosted by Cardi B might be on the horizon.
Following her trademarking of “Okurrr” in March, the rapper has now filed to claim legal ownership over the title Bocktails with Cardi B. According to documents obtained by TMZ, the rapper aims to use it for “entertainment services in the nature of providing ongoing episodes for distribution via television and the Internet, featuring celebrities and artists.”
But apart from a possible television series, Bardi has other plans for the name too, it seems. As per TMZ, the rapper intends to drop a merch line, which includes t-shirts, sweaters, hats, caps, footwear and dresses, under the trademark. She also wants to use the name for “alcoholic beverages, except beer and beverages containing beer.”
Last year, Cardi proved she’s got plenty of charisma fit for the small screen when she co-hosted The Tonight Show alongside Jimmy Fallon. So conducting her own talk show should come second nature to the rapper.
